Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains how to exercise your right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and how to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable (e.g., under the CPRA/CCPA in California).

0. Overview

KIDBUU does not sell personal information as “sale” is defined by CPRA/CCPA, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising (“sharing”) as described in our Privacy Policy. If our practices change, you will be able to opt out here.

2. How to Submit a Request

  1. Email: privacy@kidbuumeme.com with subject “Privacy Request – Opt Out / Limit”. Include your wallet address (if applicable) and any email(s) you’ve used with KIDBUU.
  2. Cookie Preferences: adjust non-essential categories on the Cookie Preferences page (disables analytics/ads cookies).

3. Verification & Authorized Agents

We may need to verify your identity to process requests. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with proof of authorization and subject verification.

4. Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing Signals

We honor supported browser-level opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where legally required. If detected, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser.

5. Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics or beyond permitted purposes. If this changes, you can request limits by emailing us or using any provided in-product controls.

6. Appeals & Complaints

If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact your local supervisory authority or Attorney General as applicable.
